By accessing or utilizing the ZUPYI platform, web services, candidate portals, or employer portals, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from utilizing our services.
2. Candidate User Provisions
Candidate registration and standard job applications on ZUPYI are completely free of charge. Candidates represent that all information provided—including qualifications, past employment, and credentials—is genuine and truthful. Fabricating credentials or misrepresenting identity will lead to immediate account termination.
3. Employer & Client Obligations
Employers agree that all posted job vacancies represent genuine, authorized career openings with lawful remuneration. Employers shall not solicit unlawful deposits or unauthorized processing fees from candidates. All corporate placement agreements and membership fees are governed by formal digital contracts and statutory GST invoices.
4. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Scraping
All trademarks, system workflows, software architecture, and website content are the proprietary property of ZUPYI. Automated scraping, data harvesting, or reverse engineering of candidate or employer databases is strictly prohibited.
